LIFE IS A JOURNEY


“No, not the kind that is in a two dimensional straight line. Think topographical with all sorts of terrain. Mountains, valleys, and rivers that seems so difficult to cross. Etc. You get the picture.

Sometimes you need a guide to steer you into the right direction. Maybe around an ominous cliff to find a more serene meadow.

Sometimes you need a cop to kick you in the…well, whatever needs to be kicked.

Sometimes you need a cheerleader to pat you on the back so you feel confident continuing on the path you’ve chosen.

Sometime you need the nudge of a herding dog that gently steers you back to the pack.

Sometimes you need to find inspiration in someone else’s attitudes towards life.

And sometimes you just need a friend to listen.

Sheri Hillman has provided all these things for me, and more. I originally asked her to help with my nutrition issues. As a nutritionist, Sheri is truly concerned in your well-being. She also can teach you to breathe and meditate. She is also capable of teaching yoga to beginners as well as advanced students.
